Close to both USF and the UCSF Parnassus campus, the area is home to many students and young professionals. Residents love NoPa’s blend of shops and restaurants, plentiful green space--courtesy of the Panhandle and Golden Gate Park-- and peaceful residential streets lined with colorful Victorians. Catching the MUNI or jumping on the freeway is also easy.
